Having gone through a weight loss/lifestyle transformation, and seeing the importance of Fitness and Food in my doing so, I felt having and being able to oversee both for others, would be of benefit and helpful for others who are also looking to make changes in both.

65lbs in 4 months was what I initially started with, then towards the end began the weight lifting 4-5 times per weeks. Reading and researching are things that I'm not sure I'll ever want to stop doing.

Maybe even one like that that was started by a guy who is a bit cautious of his eating, enjoys more of a paleo eating style, has previously who has worked in the restaurant industry as a restaurant manager for 7+ years before starting building my Personal Training business and has a sense for the restaurant industry and how to run one while providing food and service guests enjoy?
I enjoy doing both and enjoy being able to provide services with both to people to help simplify and make their lives just a bit easier.
We work on your body in the gym. Get it stronger. Leaner. Tighter. A lot of water needs to be drank daily to help. We'll do cardio. We'll keep doing new exercises. Keep things different and exciting. Mediocrity isn't something we'll be accepting. Accountability will be a big part in our growth. Results and fun will be had simultaneously.
Chicken. Fishes. Different meats. Veggies. Some salads. Lower amount of carbs if not strength training. Eating less, but more. Eating different times of the days. Salt is needed, but I think most don't realize how much salt is typically used in meals and some foods. I enjoy being able to provide delicious meals, that are 100% going to be healthier than what you'll find when not meal prepping yourself, which will help in your lifestyle change.
"Proper preparation prevents poor performance" is essentially what I enjoy providing with the Total Health Immersion Program and Mealtago.
With all that being said, I enjoy being for others what I wish I had during my transformation. I enjoy helping and sharing my knowledge with others who are eager to succeed.
Helping take others from where they are, to where they want to be in their Health, Exercise and Nutrition is truly rewarding for me.
My experience and continuous learning has allowed me to help others in their lifestyle change, and I truly love being able to do so. I've met some awesome people along the way.
